Many models with a family resemblance to the Carrefour C 243 can be found at Haking during the second half of the 1980s. They often differ in the shape of the protrusion around the lens or the presence of a protective flap or door.
Since the Firstline brand of Carrefour applicable to cameras was only registered in 1987, this model may be from before that year.
